Baytukum is a real estate platform based in the UAE that connects property buyers and sellers through an innovative digital interface. They sought a series of promotional videos to introduce their platform and services to a broader audience, showcasing their expertise and unique approach. The project included three distinct videos, each tailored to highlight different aspects of the platform, from property listings to customer service. Baytukum wanted a comprehensive production that would engage their audience while providing clear, informative content across various digital channels.
Baytukum needed a series of high-quality videos to introduce their services to potential clients, explaining how their platform simplifies real estate transactions and connects buyers with their dream homes. The videos had to communicate professionalism, ease of use, and the platform’s unique features, all while building trust with viewers. The key challenge was crafting Waleed’s personality, appearance, and movement to strike a balance between being professional yet approachable. Every detail, from his facial expressions to his gestures, needed client approval. Another challenge was ensuring the animation styles were adaptable across various platforms whether in static poses for presentations or dynamic movement for app interactions and social media posts while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
We approached the project by first working closely with Baytukum to understand their goals and key messaging. Our team scouted multiple locations to ensure the settings aligned with the brand’s identity. For the production, we handled all aspects from casting to set design, ensuring every visual element reinforced the platform’s value proposition. Additionally, we incorporated callout animations throughout the videos to guide viewers and highlight essential features. After the production phase, we delivered social media adaptations and various video cuts to maximize reach across different platforms and formats.
