The video will serve as an informative piece that highlights key developments and initiatives within the company, ensuring that all employees are well-informed and aligned with Talabat’s objectives. Our responsibility includes overseeing the entire production process, from concept to shoot the interviews and final edit, to deliver a high-quality, impactful video that meets Talabat’s internal communication needs.

Challenges

During the interview shoot with Talabat, several challenges emerged. Securing the right areas within their office for filming proved difficult, as we had limited time with the top management and had to work around their busy schedules. Additionally, controlling the attire of the management was challenging, as their outfits did not always align with the predefined requirements. Despite these obstacles, we made the best of the situation. We navigated these issues to ensure that the final video met Talabat’s internal communication goals effectively.

Our approach

To tackle the internal announcement video for Talabat, we approached the project with a strategic and collaborative mindset. Given the tight schedule with top management and the need for effective communication, we worked closely with Talabat’s internal teams to plan each phase of the production. The initial challenge was selecting optimal filming locations within their office and coordinating with busy executives, which required flexible scheduling and careful management. We also faced difficulties with the attire of the interviewees, but ensured that the final presentation adhered to professional standards. To address these issues, we implemented a creative filming approach, incorporating both dynamic and informative elements. Our storyboard was designed to capture Talabat’s key updates engagingly and clearly. We utilized a mix of natural and controlled lighting to enhance the video’s visual appeal, ensuring that the final product met the company’s internal communication goals while accommodating the constraints we encountered.
